Wow! This weather is finally getting to be crisp. Christmas has arrived bringing with it some cool weather, hopefully bringing in a better year. I can't really say a lot about this past year other than let's make 2021 a year to remember.
I would like to thank each of you that contributed to the Christmas Employee fund this year. The staff would like to thank you and let you know how much they appreciate you generosity.
We have had one of the hardest years I have ever experienced in my 35 years in the hospitality business. We have lost over $325,000.00 in sales. We have been unable to recoup the loss and it has been very difficult to keep our heads above water. Over the next few months we will be struggling with a cash flow-to keep us alive. PLEASE PLEASE try to use the Club when you can. We will be opening up to non-members for lunch and dinner service during January, February and March to help recover some of the loss we have incurred. Please invite your family and friends to come and try the Club out so that we can keep the Club alive.
If you have not been in then Club lately, we are able to social distance and we are taking all the precautions to provide you with a safe environment to dine in. We are doing everything to make sure you are safe here at the Club by continuously sanitizing and wiping down all doors, handles, chairs, menus and condiments items. We are offering lunch buffet service but it is still cafeteria style for your protection.
We will be opened for Sunday Brunch on January 3rd at 10:00 am. Call to make your reservations today. We should all count our blessings and be thankful for the bountiful like we live.
Happy New Year,
PS Don’t forget the sweet tea
